Chef Aruna has more than twenty-five years of international culinary experience, specialising as interim chef, executive chef and food advisor for renowned hotels, castles, restaurants and an airline, and winning many prestigious cooking competitions along the way. Several royal houses, among them the Dutch Royal House, have enjoyed his culinary creations more than once.
